Who am ı?

I was born in Sivas in 31st of August 1953. I went to primary school in Izmir, Sivas and Ankara,then high school in Bahcelievler Deneme Lisesi Ankara until graduating as the first in 1970. I have studied Medicine in Istanbul Univesity Cerrahpasha Medical Faculty,had graduated as the fourth in 1976.

I have completed my residency in West Germany Justus-Liebig-Giessen University Medical Faculty in General Surgery Clinic between 1976 and 1983. I have succeeded in the General Surgery Board Certification Examination, then, in the board examination in Hessen Board of Medicine in September 21th,1983.

I have completed the Subspeciality in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Aachen University Eschweiler Training Hospital.I have succeeded in the board examination in Hessen Board of Medicine in June 13rd,1985 and in Istanbul University Cerrahpasha Medical Faculty in October 31st, 1985.Then i have started as an Assistant Professor in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic in Uludag University Faculty Of Medicine. During the foundation of this clinic, i worked as the head of the clinic for one year as a member of university. After that year i moved to Sisli Etfal Training Hospital by my own will (Head of the clinic:Associate Professor Dr Hulya Aydin). After succeeding in Vice Head Of Clinic Examination ,i continued working in the same clinic.

I suceeded in Head of the Clinic Examination in August 1992 .Since the foundation of our clinic in January 1993 I have been working as the head of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic in Vakif Gureba Training Hospital.

My international studies for scientific purposes are stated below:

–Justus-Liebig Giessen Faculty of Medicine in Wetzlar West Germany-Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic – 01. 10. 1984 – 30.06.1985 (Prof. Dr. Dr. C. G. Lorber)
–Johann Wolfgang Goethe University St. Marcus Training Hospital Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic in Frankfurt (Tissue Expanders-Implants-Esthetic Surgery) (Prof.Dr. G.Lemperle)
–With the Uludag University TUBITAK award I went to Hannover Medical Faculty Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgery Clinic (Microsurgery-Experimental Study) (Prof. Dr. A. Berger)

My Hobbies are photography, and playing the violin. I completed the military duty. I speak German fluently and my English is in intermediate level.
